Personal Training at Krannert Park
Times, dates, and prices vary depending on participant’s needs
Take a visit to Krannert Park to meet up with Personal Trainer AJ in the parks’ beautiful new gym! Participants can schedule single sessions or multiple sessions per week, allowing you to pick a schedule that works best for you. Prices range from $25 for one 30 minute session to $55 for three 30 minute sessions per week. Learn more about personal training options.
Women’s Boxing at Riverside Park
Wednesdays, Jan 8 – April 9 | 6 – 7:30pm | Free

Indy in Motion
Indy in Motion is a partnership between Indy Parks, the Marion County Health Department, and other community organizations to provide free, total-fitness classes to Indianapolis residents. Join in on the fun with any of these classes to help you reach your goal of moving your body more!

Adult Arts and Crafts: Crochet at Broad Ripple Park

Thoreau & Walden Study Group at Holliday Park
2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month | 10 – 11:30am | Free
Take part in examining the deeper aspects of Henry David Thoreau’s Walden and explore its significance for today’s rapidly changing world. Written over 150 years ago, this powerful statement about the environment, society, and the spiritual world continues to challenge us today. Writing Workshop: Parula Session at Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center

The Nature Writing Workshop is a series for any creative looking to hone their craft and build community, all within Eagle Creek Park’s lush and inspiring environment. Hosted at the Ornithology Center, attendees can expect to explore and discuss examples of nature writing including poetry, essays, and stories, as well as develop their own writing skills.
