Yoga in the Gallery at Garfield Park Arts Center

Every other Saturday | 10-11am | Free

Experience the serenity of yoga surrounded by inspiring art! Join Leah Foster every other week for Yoga in The Gallery, held in the beautiful third-floor main art gallery at GPAC. Thanks to a generous grant from Heartland Mindfulness Collective, this session is open to all skill levels and free to the public. Unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with your inner self in this unique setting. Bring your yoga mat and enjoy a mindful practice in a space that nurtures both body and soul. Tang Soo Do at Krannert Park

Saturdays March – April | 9:30-11:30am | $50

Tang Soo Do will teach you to defend yourself, build your stamina, and overall improve yourself as a person. Through gradual progression and attainment of these skills, your personal goals, confidence, self-belief, and self-discipline will increase. Learn more and register for Tang Soo Do classes.

Senior Sweat at Krannert Park and Garfield Park

Krannert Park: Wednesdays 10-11am | $3

Garfield Park: Tuesdays 10-11am | $3

Hip Hop Aerobics at Municipal Gardens Park

Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | 6-7pm | Free

Join in the fun at Municipal Gardens Park for Hip Hop aerobics, lead by Inferno By Crys. The class, designed to empower residents of Indianapolis by promoting health and fitness, is free and open to all skill levels. Learn more about Hip Hop Aerobics.

Pilates with Theresa at Broad Ripple Park

Tuesdays April 1 – May 6 | 12-12:45pm | $62

Enjoy the benefits of Pilates, a fitness class that focuses on exercising both the mind and the body. During this series of progressive mat Pilates classes, you will notice improvements in posture, coordination and balance, strength, stress management, and injury prevention. Women’s Boxing at Riverside Park

Wednesdays | 6-7:30pm | Free
