Este espacio, que lleva el nombre de Freeman Bailey Ransom, sirve como puerta de entrada al vecindario de Ransom Place. Freeman Bailey Ransom, un influyente abogado, hombre de negocios y activista c\u00edvico, lleg\u00f3 a Indian\u00e1polis en 1910 despu\u00e9s de completar su t\u00edtulo de abogado. Fue una fuerza integral detr\u00e1s del \u00e9xito de Madame CJ Walker Company. Se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como abogado y gerente general de la empresa.
