Taggert Memorial Amphitheater

About Taggert

Renovated in 2021, the Thomas Taggart Memorial Amphitheater hosts events, concerts, and performance at Riverside Regional Park. Named after former Indianapolis Mayor Thomas Taggart who oversaw the early creation of Indy’s park and boulevard network, the original Amphitheater was built in 1931.

In addition to community programming, the venue hosts many of Indy Park’s Free Summer Concerts and Movies.
