The Fall Creek Trail runs 6.9 miles from Skiles Test Nature Park to the Monon Trail. It offers three canoe docks and numerous overlooks. The trail runs along the waterway and passes beautiful bridges and established neighborhoods.
Currently, Fall Creek Trail is separate from the Upper Fall Creek Loop Trail. The Upper Fall Creek Loop Trail circles an overflow pond and runs along Fall Creek Rd., just south of 79th St. It’s ideal for walking and jogging.
We are working to connect the Fall Creek Trail and the Upper Fall Creek Loop Trail. Once complete, the trail will end at 79th St. It will also link downtown Indianapolis with northeast Marion County.
