Mindfulness at Indy Parks

Getting out to your local park and taking some time to be mindful is a great way to support your mental health. We host several programs throughout the year to support mindfulness at Indy Parks.

Check out some of these upcoming programs that center around mindfulness and reflection:

Walk with a Naturalist at Eagle Creek Park

Bring your curiosity and nature questions and join a naturalist for a casual stroll around the 1/2 mile Pin Oak loop, located in front of the Eagle Creek Earth Discovery Center. We’ll look for signs of wildlife, identify plants, and explore changes in the seasons.

Sound Bath Meditation at Rhodius Park
