About
Established in 1959, Canterbury Park sits on three acres bordering the Monon Trail making it one of the most connective parks in the city. It sits a bike ride away from Broad Ripple to the North and the State Fairgrounds to the south. The Park hosts a shelter and comfort station, a playground, and a volleyball court.
Canterbury Park will be renovated in 2026 with $1 million in city funding secured by City-County Councilor John Barth. New amenities will include a new playground, site amenities like picnic tables and benches, and a renovated volleyball court.
