9/6/25: Washington Park Family Center Closed

Due to the Mike Epps free concert, Washington Park will be closed to vehicle traffic, and the family center will be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be welcome in the park. Washington Park will resume normal operations on Sunday, Sept. 6.

Currently undeveloped and in its natural wooded state, Franklin & 38th Park covers 11 acres on the far east side. It is currently owned by Indy Parks and the Community Alliance for the Far East Side.
