About Kuntz
Kuntz Memorial Soccer Stadium is the premier outdoor soccer facility in the city of Indianapolis. Kuntz features two FIFA regulated game fields measuring 120 yards in length and 75 yards in width. Our Championship field seats 5,257 spectators and has bleacher seating. Kuntz provides quality facilities for its users with four newly renovated player locker rooms, official’s room, press box and a VIP Conference Room which overlooks the Championship Field.
Over the years, Kuntz Memorial Stadium has hosted numerous special events, tournaments, and some of the best soccer teams in the U.S. Events that have utilized the world-class facility include the 1987 Pan American Games, 1996 Snicker/U.S. Youth National Championships, National Amateur Cup Championships, IHSAA State Soccer Championships, World Police and Fire Games Soccer Championships, Butler University / Nike Soccer Festival, Copa Mexican Regional Championship, and the Indianapolis / Scarborough Peace Games. In addition to such spectacular events Kuntz Memorial Soccer Stadium has provided a playing surface for some of the best youth, high school, college, and professional teams in the country including The U.S. Women’s National Team, U.S. Men’s Olympic Soccer Team, Chicago Fire, Indiana University, Notre Dame, Butler, Purdue, Ball State, Evansville, United States Air Force Academy, Fresno State, and English Premier League, the “Bolton Wanderers.” Additional countries who have played at Kuntz include, Iceland and France Olympic Teams.
