Stop by the Earth Discovery Center with your nature and wildlife questions, enjoy the view from the deck, explore exhibits, and meet some of our live educational reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate ambassadors! The goal of the Earth Discovery Center is to introduce groups of all ages to the amazing diversity of plants and animals native to Indiana and foster a sense of wonder, enthusiasm, and stewardship for the natural world.
The center offers programs for all ages, including preschool story time, nature hikes, and free drop-in nature programs, summer day camps, art shows, live animal ambassadors, nature-themed art shows, Wildflower Weekend, a winter Lantern Walk, and the Indiana Master Naturalist Series, as well as environmental education field trips and private programming for schools, scouts, families, teachers, and other groups.
