Programs and Rentals Moving To Rec

…

Beginning in 2027, Indy Parks & Recreation is moving to a new registration platform for all programs and pass registration along with rentals called Rec. This makes it easier to find programs, manage your household and register from your phone, tablet or computer. Click HERE to create your account.

Not everything is moving to Rec at once. Continue using the current registration system for programs and services you want to sign up for today – Day Camp registration will be the first programs to open for registration using Rec.

Create Your Rec Account

Even if you already have a Indy Parks & Recreation registration account, you’ll need to create a new Rec household account. Add household members and confirm your information before registration day.

Create your account on Rec starting October 2026. all programs, pass registration for 2027 and beyond will be on Rec. Rentals made between November and December 2026 should be made directly with park staff.

How to Get Started

  1. Click here to create your account using your name, email address, phone number, home address and birthdate.
  2. Add each member of your household who may register for a program or use a pass or membership.
  3. Review your residency status. Rec checks your address against Indy Parks & Recreation boundaries to help apply the correct resident pricing.
  4. Add a preferred payment method after your account is created if you want a faster checkout experience.

Important: Payment information from the current Indy Parks & Recreation registration system cannot transfer to Rec. You will need to add a payment method to Rec if you want one saved for future purchases.

Rec household accounts open in October 2026. Before then, make sure you have the information you’ll need: your contact details, home address and birth date, plus the names and birthdates of anyone you’ll add to your household.
