Indy Parks is hiring for a range of summer jobs that pay $14-17 an hour and are eligible for bonuses! A $500 sign on bonus is available for candidates who submit all hiring paperwork and register for required training by April 4. From April 5 through May 9 a $250 sign on bonus is available for applicants who complete hiring paperwork and register for required training. Indy Parks also offers a $250 referral bonus. “Early Bird” Sign-on Bonus Terms
Eligibility: seasonal, part-time staff hired on for the 2025 summer season
Eligible positions: Assistant Program Coordinator (summer meals), Camp Counselors (Head, Therapeutic, Traditional, Environmental, Art, and Bike), Cashiers, Head Lifeguard, Lifeguard, Pool Manager, seasonal Facility Attendants, Stage Technicians, Park Inspectors, Seasonal Naturalists
Bonus: $500 for completing the summer season successfully with no written corrective actions and fewer than 7 days of vacation or missed work.
Term: Candidate must submit all hiring paperwork and be registered for all required trainings by April 4, 2025.
Sign-on Bonus Terms
Eligibility: Seasonal, part-time DPR staff hired on for the 2025 summer season
Eligible positions: Assistant Program Coordinator (summer meals), Camp Counselors (Head, Therapeutic, Traditional, Environmental, Art, and Bike), Cashiers, Head Lifeguard, Lifeguard, Pool Manager, seasonal pool Facility Attendants, Stage Technicians, Park Inspectors, Seasonal Naturalists
Bonus: $250 for completing the summer season with no written corrective actions and fewer than 7 days of vacation or missed work.
Term: Candidate must submit all hiring paperwork and be registered for all required trainings by May 9, 2025.
Referral Bonus
Eligibility: Seasonal, part-time, and part-time year-round DPR staff who refer an eligible summer position employee candidate who successfully completes their training and one hundred (100) hours of work during the 2025 summer season.
Eligible positions: Assistant Program Coordinator (summer meals), Camp Counselors (Head, Therapeutic, Traditional, Environmental, Art, and Bike), Cashiers, Head Lifeguard, Lifeguard, Pool Manager, seasonal pool Facility Attendants, Stage Technicians, Park Inspectors, Seasonal Naturalists
Bonus: $250 if 100 hours worked. Employee referring candidate will receive a $250 bonus after completing the summer season if the new hire successfully completes all required trainings and one hundred (100) hours of documented REGTM worked.
Term: Candidate must submit all hiring paperwork and be registered for all required trainings by May 9, 2025.
