Hawthorne Park

Located on the near west side, Hawthorne Park was established over a century ago in 1923. Named after 19th-century author Nathaniel Hawthorne who is best known for his book The Scarlett Letter, the three acre park offers two playgrounds, a basketball court, and a softball field.
