Ice Skating Rink, Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Basketball and Tennis Courts, Sports Fields, and More
Located on the city’s south side, Perry Park offers Indy Park’s only indoor ice skating rink, a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor basketball and tennis courts, two shelters with picnic tables, a playground, and a sports field.
Admission is $5 for children (17 & under), and $7 for adults. Skate rentals are $3.
The park’s NHL-sized ice rink features four locker rooms and a concession stand, and is home of the South Stars High School Hockey Club, the South Indy Youth Hockey Association, Total Package Hockey’s Center of Excellence – Indy, and the Sycamore Ice Skating Club.
The skating rink’s season runs from September through April. The schedule is subject to change so calling ahead is always recommended. Call Perry Park at (317) 888-0070. Perry Park is located at 451 E. Stop 11 Rd.
$1.3 million from the Lilly Endowment Grant will go towards a new playground and shelter.
