Lilly Grant Project Meetings

Announced in 2023, the Lilly Endowment provided Indy Parks with an $80 million grant to make improvements at 42 parks across the Indy Parks system. The department is hosting public meetings for these projects to provide community members with an update on the plans and to hear residents preferences on each project.

Upcoming Public Meetings Include:

  • If you missed the Open House for Arsenal and WISH Park on July 15 but want to provide feedback, take our survey here.

  • Community Open House for Dubarry Park: July 27, 11 AM to 3 PM Far Eastside Neighborhood Center, 8902 E 38th St.
  • Frederick Douglass Park Community Open House Meeting #2, August 12 at 5:30 PM. At Edna Martin Christian Center, 2605 E 25th St, Indianapolis.
  • Perry Park Community Open House Meeting #2, August 13, 6:30 PM. At Perry Park, 451 E Stop 11 Rd.
