Established in 1922 and consisting of 1.36 acres, Alice Carter Place is located on the Northside of the city at 5700 N. Meridian Ave, the intersection of Meridian St and Westfield Blvd. The park is a triangle of landscaped property with a paved trail. This property was named after “Polly” Alice Carter by her husband Albert Carter.
